Speaking at the Camstar Customer Conference? We’re asking everyone to use the same PowerPoint template. You can download it here: Conference PowerPoint Template (right-click - choose "save target as...")

To ensure the consistency of topics in the agenda, please use the following submission guidelines:

Camstar customer and business partners are encouraged to present
Session titles may be up to 10 words in length
Abstracts may be up to 250 words
Up to four abstracts may be submitted by the same company or division within an organization
Abstract submissions and presentations should be in English
Please submit abstracts in paragraph form - no bullets points or numbering

Because of the large number of submissions, there is a limited number of presentation slots available. We cannot guarantee that all authors of abstracts will be able to present.

Keep an Educational Focus
The purpose of presentations is to educate Camstar customers about industry trends and new effective ways of using Camstar solutions to improve manufacturing operations. Business partners may present applications and services that complement Camstar's solutions, but value to the Camstar customer must be the focus of every session.

Tips to Attract an Audience
Give your paper an interesting title (limit 10 words). Be sure your title mentions the type of category or industry for which the paper is best suited.

Mention what type of organization you represent in your abstract. This will help users of similar size organizations or with similar goals choose to attend your presentation.

State the essence of the issue or problem and what steps or actions were used to address it. Tell us why your session will make a difference for the people who will attend your presentation.

Submission Policy for Camstar Business Partners

If you are a business partner and you intend to submit a session abstract on a topic involving your client's project, please make every effort to have your client function as the primary presenter of the session. Only if the client is not available to speak, should the partner function as the primary presenter.

Biography & Photos
All conference speakers must submit a 100-150 word professional biography and a photo of themselves (headshot – color photo – business attire) for inclusion on the conference website and in the conference materials.

Conference Registration Is Required
We require that all presenters register for the conference. Acceptance as a presenter does not register you for the conference, and registration fees are required. The registration deadline is April 27, 2008 – although early registration is strongly encouraged for presenters.
