Unifi: Using InSite to Bridge the Gap between ERP and Plant-floor Systems
Unifi, the world's leading producer of polyester yarn, must be able to take a customer order and then manage production operations in multiple plants in order to meet each customer's delivery and product specifications.

Unifi wanted to extend the functionality of their existing Oracle ERP application to include live resource and quality data that the factories need to manage production. They also wanted to link their SCADA software and automated systems to the manufacturing enterprise.
