Camstar Manufacturing Feature Sets – Stand alone Training Units

The optional modules enabled with Camstar Manufacturing can be purchased as part of a package or as individual modules with base product. To accommodate this possibility, each optional module in Camstar Manufacturing has a stand-alone training unit.

Dispatch Management

The Dispatch Management course teaches the methods to setup rules for Dispatching of Container starts from Mfg Orders and to control movement of Containers based on User configured rules associated with manufacturing process.

Electronic Signatures

The Electronic Signatures course teaches the methods to setup requirements for signatures that denote accountability during execution of transactions associated with manufacturing process.

Discover how Electronic Signatures can be applied to definition of Modeling data as well as shop floor transaction data.

Nonconformance Reporting

The Nonconformance Management course is designed to teach the methods to set up codes that allow users of Camstar Manufacturing to record deviations or nonconformances on containers during the manufacturing process.

Label Printing

The Label Printing course is designed to teach the methods to setup Labels for printing of Camstar Manufacturing data associated with manufacturing process.

Electronic Procedures

The Electronic Procedures course is designed to teach the methods to setup procedures consisting of tasks to be executed as individual work instructions within steps associated with manufacturing process. Discover functionality in this feature such as text formatting options and setting focus of tasks within a list.

Process Computations

The Process Computations feature course extends the functionality of Electronic Procedures to allow you to create and store computational expressions and map the expression variables to a User Data Collection Point. The computations can then be used while executing an Electronic Procedure task, and allows the shop floor operator to view the result of the computation.

Maintenance Management

The Maintenance Management course is designed to teach the methods to setup regular and/or conditional maintenance within Camstar Manufacturing for equipment (resource) associated with manufacturing process.

Operator Training and Certification

The Operator Training and Certification course is designed to teach the methods to set up an Operators training requirements and validate their certification to perform work associated with manufacturing process.
