Camstar is committed to ensuring the success of every implementation. The use of customer scorecards, project dashboards and post implementation customer surveys measure the success of every project and provide valuable feedback for our continuous improvement efforts.
Customer Scorecards, jointly created by Camstar and the customer at the beginning of a project and evaluated upon project completion, ensure the creation of useful benchmarks and success criteria for project evaluation. Each project is evaluated by the customer against the target metrics:
