Measuring Success

Camstar is committed to ensuring the success of every implementation. The use of customer scorecards, project dashboards and post implementation customer surveys measure the success of every project and provide valuable feedback for our continuous improvement efforts.

Customer Scorecards, jointly created by Camstar and the customer at the beginning of a project and evaluated upon project completion, ensure the creation of useful benchmarks and success criteria for project evaluation. Each project is evaluated by the customer against the target metrics:

5. Meeting Business Need

Project Dashboards ensure that customer implementations stay on track by monitoring and reporting on key project milestones. Each project is evaluated on six dimensions:

2. Adherence to Scope
3. Adherence to Budget
4. Schedule Attainment
5. Design/Development Technical Risk/Status
6. Production Readiness

Customer Surveys ensure continuous improvement by capturing the customer’s project feedback. Customer feedback solicited in five areas:

3. Methods & Project Management Quality
4. Effective Knowledge Transfer & Education
5. Camstar Product Satisfaction
