Process Design and Modeling
The manufacturing model provides revision-controlled, auditable, structured definition of the product definition and associated recipes and manufacturing processes (Master Recipe). It includes materials and formulas, procedures, equipment, workflows, data collection with limits and out-of-spec actions, electronic signature requirements, operator certification and label definitions. By enforcing adherence to processing rules, this model is the basis for the electronic batch record (eBR/Control Recipe).
