Management Team
 As General Manager of
Asia Pacific, Manash Chakraborty is responsible for all sales, marketing and business development in the
APAC region, as well as regional support, general operations and management of Camstar’s Asia Pacific team
out of its Competency Center in Shanghai, China. Mr. Chakraborty previously served as Sr. Director of Industry
Strategy and Market Development, where he was responsible for setting partner strategies in key existing markets
in Asia-Pacific and EMEA in the Hi-Tech vertical, and establishing and executing plans for Camstar’s entry into
new verticals in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr. Chakraborty brings over 20 years of international experience in industry marketing, sales consulting, business
development and global alliances in enterprise applications for the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Camstar,
Mr. Chakraborty served in key leadership roles, including Tecnomatix as Director of Global Business Development, where
he successfully pursued new markets and business opportunities in Europe and Asia-Pacific, forged strategic alliances,
designed and commissioned centers of excellence and helped create legal corporate entities in multiple European and Asian
countries.
Manash earned a M.S. degree in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida, an MBA
from Indian Institute of Technology, India, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.
