CHARLOTTE, N.C. (February 23, 2005) - Camstar Systems, Inc, a leading

announced that Amkor Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMKR) selected Camstar's InSite™
application suite for its test, assembly and packaging operations at its high-volume,
assembly and test facilities in Taiwan. Camstar's InSite will provide Amkor managers
with critical information to meet stringent operating objectives, which include
increasing product complexity and satisfying higher customer demand.
An existing Camstar customer, Amkor currently is using Camstar products at its plants
in the Philippines and China to increase productivity and improve customer service.
Camstar's InSite | Semiconductor TAP Edition will provide serial number traceability,
real-time work in process tracking, and improved visibility for operating management.
In addition, by integrating InSite with SAP enterprise resource planning and other
legacy applications that will be installed during 2005, Amkor's Taiwan plant managers
will have improved operational insight to make more informed business decisions
and quickly modify business processes to meet constantly changing demand, ultimately
providing unparalleled customer service.
