Camstar Announces Key Promotions Due to Recent International Expansion

Company’s Rapid Growth Catalyst for Organizational Changes

Charlotte, NC (March 15, 2007) -  Camstar Systems, Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Manufacturing and Quality Solutions, has announced three key promotions and several organizational changes. The promotions were precipitated by the company’s rapid growth and global expansion. Camstar has more than doubled over the last two years and the company will continue to build and enhance the organization to exceed the expectations of its rapidly expanding base of global customers.

Camstar’s fully configurable application, industry specific solutions, rapid implementation methodology, and strong customer focus have led its customers to realize benefits such as improved yields, faster time to volume, shorter cycle times and increased control and visibility for better decision making. This strong customer satisfaction coupled with aging legacy manufacturing systems that are no longer viable in the current global business environment account for Camstar’s recent explosive growth.

“The increasing demand for Camstar’s world class Enterprise Manufacturing Execution and Quality Systems and the company’s recent international expansion, have driven the current organizational changes,” said Scott Toney, President and CEO of Camstar Systems. “We have established a team of skilled senior executives with vast expertise and industry knowledge to shape the strategic direction of the company. These individuals were elevated to these positions based on their commitment to customer satisfaction and proven ability to build a market leading, best of breed global organization.”

Robert Rudder has been promoted to Senior Vice President Global Sales and Marketing. In this role he will be the senior executive accountable for sales, marketing, product management, and business development. Rudder has provided strong leadership to the multiple organizations he has led at Camstar, and his efforts have helped position the company for continued market leadership and growth.

Jason Adams has been named Vice President of Sales. He will be responsible for leading the sales organization in North America and driving market leadership and sales relationships with Camstar’s System Integrator and Enterprise Software partners. Adams has extensive sales and manufacturing experience and has been a top sales performer and thought leader at Camstar for more than 13 years. Previously, his direction and leadership was instrumental in driving Camstar’s penetration into multiple new markets including the Industrial Goods, Optoelectronics and Medical Device vertical markets.

Steve Reynolds has been named Vice President of Global Services. He will have responsibility for all professional services delivery, systems integration, partner development and training. Reynolds has provided leadership at Camstar for over 12 years and his primary focus will be to continue building Camstar’s world class internal services group, while helping Camstar's partners exceed customer expectations. He has been instrumental in the success of Camstar’s rapid value solutions deployment methodologies.

In addition, Morris St. Angelo has been named Vice President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific with responsibility for all operations in the region. St. Angelo established the groundwork for Camstar’s entry strategy for the region which has led to significant growth. Camstar will continue to invest and build infrastructure in this rapidly growing part of the world. He brings extensive experience and knowledge of the High Tech and Asia markets to the position.
