Manufacturers’ Investment in Product Quality Driving Rapid Adoption of Camstar’s Enterprise Platform

(May 5, 2010) – Camstar Systems, Inc. announced today that it more than doubled its first quarter license revenue from the same quarter last year, reflecting strong demand and a strengthening of the manufacturing sector globally. Revenue from new customer accounts accounted for over 75% of the quarter’s license sales, a leading indicator of future revenue growth.

New accounts spanned Life Sciences and High Tech industries, representing companies in North America, APAC, and Europe. Investments in the first quarter included four Top 20 Worldwide Life Sciences manufacturers, among others.
